1. Organizer

The organizer of the 3-2-1 Obstacle Sports Event is the 3-2-1 Olympic Sports Museum in Qatar (“Organizer”). By registering for participation, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the accompanying Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• Adults:
• Participants must be 18 years or older to register independently.
• Minors (Under 18):
• Minors may only participate if registered by a parent or legal guardian.
• The guardian must complete the registration process, agree to the terms, and accept the waiver by ticking the checkbox on the website or signing the waiver on behalf of the minor.

3. Assumption of Risk and Waiver

By participating, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

I know that participating in the 321 Obstacle course/race is a potentially hazardous activity, which could cause injury or death. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to any aspect of the participation in this event, including the right of any official to deny or suspend said participation for any reason whatsoever. I assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to: falls, physical contact with other participants, race personnel, contract service providers, employees, and spectators, including the potential of contraction of a communicable disease resulting from contact with other participants, race personnel, contract service providers, employees, and spectators. I assume all risks, including: the effects of the weather and the conditions of the surrounding terrain. I assume all such risks being known, appreciated, and accepted by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of accepting this entry, I waive and release the event organizers, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of the participation in this event. I grant permission to all the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Organizer, its contractors, partners, and staff shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the event.

5. Agreement

By signing the registration form or checking the relevant boxes on the website during the registration process, you acknowledge and agree to:

• The Terms and Conditions.
• The Event Waiver.
• The Privacy Policy.

6. Use of Data

Personal data collected during registration will be used for the following purposes:

• Event participation management.
• Communication regarding event updates or changes.
• Check-in process at the event.
• Sending newsletters or updates.

• First Name
• Last Name
• Country Code
• Mobile Phone
• Email Address
• Nationality
• Parent/Guardian Full Name (for minors)
• Parent QID/Passport Number

7. Data Deletion Requests

• Participants may request the deletion of their personal data by sending an email to info@321obstaclecourse.com. Requests will be processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Event Rules

• Participants must follow all instructions provided by event organizers.
• Misconduct, rule violations, or behavior that endangers others, may result in immediate removal from the event.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Qatar.
