Rules

Participants must complete the obstacles in the following order:


  1. Net Crawl: Crawling through a net for coordination and strength.
  2. Balance Beams: Walking narrow beams to improve balance.
  3. Monkey Bars: Swinging between bars for upper-body strength.
  4. Wall Climbing: Climbing walls using holds to build strength.
  5. Ring Swing: Swinging on rings for grip and coordination.
  6. Tire Obstacle: Navigating tires for agility and speed.
  7. Rope Swing: Swinging on a rope for strength and control.
  8. Over Under Through: Moving over, under, and through obstacles.
  9. Rope Climbing: Climbing ropes for core and upper-body strength.
  10. Sand Box: Sand play for creativity and sensory development.

Rules for the Family Events:


  1. Follow the order: Obstacles must be completed in the listed sequence.
  2. Helping hands allowed: Adults can assist children or other participants with challenging obstacles.
  3. No time pressure: Participants can complete the course at their own pace.
  4. Penalties: If an obstacle cannot be completed, participants perform 5 squats before proceeding.
  5. Flexibility: Obstacles can be skipped if they feel too difficult, but the penalty still applies.


Safety Rules:


  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Closed-toe footwear is mandatory.
  • Participants can take breaks at any time.

Rules for the Obstacle Challenge:


  1. Individual starts: Each participant starts individually, and timing begins as they cross the starting line.
  2. Obstacle order: Obstacles must be completed in the designated order.
  3. Penalties: Failure to complete an obstacle requires participants to perform 5 squats before continuing.
  4. Timing: The winner is the participant with the fastest overall time.
  5. Fair play: Intentionally skipping obstacles without completing the penalty results in disqualification.


Safety Rules:


  • A safety briefing is provided before the start.
  • Marshals will oversee rule adherence.
  • Obstacles may be skipped if necessary, but the 5-squat penalty must be performed.
