Obstacle Stations

Net Crawl

Get on all fours, move hand over hand, and knee by knee under the net, maintaining a low profile until you reach the end.

Balance Beams

Test your balance on the varied height Balance Beams. If you fall, start again. With two difficulty levels, everyone can participate. Perfect for improving balance and core strength.

Monkey Bars

Grip the first bar, swing your body forward, move hand over hand to the next bar, and maintain momentum until you reach the end.

Wall Climbing

Grip the rope tightly, place your feet against the wall, use your legs and arms to climb upwards, and continue until you reach the top.

Ring Swing

Grip the first ring, use body momentum to swing forward, transition by releasing one hand to grab the next ring, maintain rhythm with a strong grip, and swing to the end before dismounting safely.

Tire Obstacle

Step into each tire with high knees, maintaining balance and rhythm, until you clear the entire obstacle.

Rope Swing

Grip the rope, swing forward using your body momentum, and release to land safely on the other side.

Over Under Trough

Step over the first obstacle, crouch to move under the next, and crawl or pass through the final opening. Repeat smoothly while maintaining balance and control.

Rope Climbing

Grip the rope tightly, use your legs to assist, pull yourself up hand over hand, and maintain a steady pace until you reach the top.

Sandbox

In a sandbox, running feels heavier because the sand creates more resistance and instability underfoot. Sand is less firm, and more shifting compared to solid ground, making it harder to push off and maintain a steady pace.
